Organic Chimichurri Spice Blend

Inspired by a gaucho recipe that Patagonia’s founder, Yvon Chouinard, tasted more than 50 years ago, our signature spice blend gets its mellow heat from Organic Aji Molido, our ground red chile from Argentina. Mix it up for an chimichurri sauce for grilled vegetables or meats, or use as a dry rub (see “Ways to Eat,” below).
